Technology Transfer (T2) programs promote and support the transfer of the U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI) developed Intellectual Property from the laboratory to the private sector. Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) 

A Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) establishes a cooperative relationship between a federal laboratory and its collaborators for the purpose of advancing research and development and generating new intellectual property (IP).

Patent License Agreement (PLA)

Under the Federal Technology Transfer Act, ARI makes federally funded inventions from basic and applied research available to the private sector, or industry, for new products developments and sales to benefit private industry and the overall public interest.

Educational Partnership Agreement (EPA)

An Educational Partnership Agreement (EPA) is a formal agreement between ARI and non-profit educational institutions to promote and enhance education and research opportunities in scientific programs and disciplines relevant to the Army.
